I promised that I would revisit the ‘City Kitchen’ range as it scored so well last time. It cost me £4 which is quite steep for a ready meal, but this range goes above and beyond. It’s restaurant quality and the katsu is fragrant and colourful with a whole chicken breast to devour. In terms of bites, the curry isn’t the the most slimming at 2.3 bites. But then what good curry is? At least the ingredients are high quality and fresh, and there is a substantial amount of protein to balance out the rice carbs. Extra red peppers or baby sweetcorn would go well with this dish – it needs the added vegetables.
If you’re on 2 shakes a day, you should have plenty of room in your bite builder to fit in this dish, plus veg!
