Waitrose Prawn Tom Yam Noodle Soup

I didn’t actually choose this little guy.  My friend Hen came back with this beauty for lunch the other day and I got the food envy.  So obviously I had no other choice but to pester her for numerous bites in the name of research.   She obliged and then I felt a bit guilty, but here goes:

The best thing about it is that it’s really filling and only 1.2 bites!  This is the lowest I’ve found if you’re looking for something that tastes and delivers on the diet side of a ready meal.

The taste is relatively high end, but it is Waitrose so it should be.  But the soup is weirdly thick – as if they thought it might be a good idea to add cornflour ? No.  Apart from the bok choi we are getting little veg out here, but just add some more or some fresh sweetcorn on the side to bump it up to a saint-like meal.

Enjoy! There really isn’t enough to share.
